Meanwhile, the judge grants a prosecution motion in an "Ex Parte" fashion without giving the defense an opportunity to be heard regarding their efforts to gather evidence
In a new court filing, defense lawyers pointed to inflammatory remarks from residents they surveyed who said there would be violence if Kohberger were acquitted
