In this "StreamClip" replay, Rachel Kauffman joins Phil @InsideTheLaw to break down yet ANOTHER improper "ex parte" meeting between prosecutors and the now former trial judge.

This one is bad, as in REALLY REALLY BAD!

We don't know what the new judge will do with it, but regardless legal and judicial careers may be destroyed over this extreme bad judgment
